Relations with public administration (PPPs, bids and others)

• Legal consultancy and monitoring of bidding procedures for the contracting of goods and services, granting of public service concessions and Public-Private Partnerships;
• Preparation of opinions relevant to relations between companies and entities that make up the Public Administration;
• Legal consultancy in the management of administrative contracts, including requests for economic and financial rebalancing, defenses in punitive proceedings, among others;
• Legal advice to the bidding committees and assistance in the preparation of notices, in the responses to challenges and requests for clarification, in conducting the bidding process and in the judgment of administrative appeals;
• Proposition and monitoring of lawsuits in order to protect the rights of private companies and/or Public Administration and public agents involved;
• Participation in civil investigations and civil actions for liability for acts of administrative improbity, through the defense of public and/or private agents involved;
• Defense of the rights of public and/or private agents before the Municipal, State and Federal Courts of Accounts;
• Legal consultancy, monitoring of administrative disciplinary proceedings and sponsorship of legal actions that have as their object the rights of statutory public servants;
• Conducting lectures and training on bidding and administrative contracts, administrative misconduct and public servants, for the legal, commercial and technical staff of the company and/or Public Administration.
