• Preparation of Defenses and Administrative Appeals with Regulatory Agencies, as well as the proposition and follow-up of lawsuits in order to protect the Client’s rights;
• Drafting and reviewing contracts in the Regulated Contracting Environment (ACR) and in the Free Contracting Environment (ACL) of Electric Energy, instigation of disputes with Distributors, ANEEL, ONS and Arbitration Chambers.
