Chenut’s Innovation department was created out of an internal and market need to promote solutions that help reducing legal risk and litigation liabilities, as well as organizing and optimizing legal activities.
The innovation team is responsible for monitoring and disseminating good practices to the other teams, while at the same time developing new products and services for our clients, incorporating modern technology and methodologies.
One of the main challenges in the legal market today is effective communication between law firms, legal departments, operational areas, clients and the judiciary. We use Legal Design techniques, Visual Law, videos, Plain Language and other methodologies to facilitate and promote the exchange of information in all contexts.
Today, all company leaders are dedicated to monitoring and using data for decision-making. To meet this essential demand, we have developed data visualization projects (BI), dashboard summaries and one-pages that optimize the analysis time of our clients’ legal indicators.
Although innovation and technology are not synonymous, the use of tools helps us to deliver more and better. That’s why we are actively seeking out and experimenting with technological tools for internal and external use, with security and purpose. On a day-to-day basis, the use of Artificial Intelligence helps us with tasks such as reviewing contracts, analyzing documents, solving doubts via chatbot, and others.
