MP PRORROGA A SUSPENSÃO DO PAGAMENTO DE TRIBUTOS: foi publicada hoje a MP nº 960/2020 que prorroga os prazos de suspensão de pagamentos de tributos previstos nos atos concessórios do regime especial de drawback, que tenham sido prorrogados por um ano pela autoridade fiscal e tenham termo em 2020. Os prazos poderão ser prorrogados, em caráter excepcional, por mais um ano, contado da data do respectivo termo. MP nº 960, de 30/04/2020.
APROVADO AUXÍLIO PARA ESTADOS E MUNICÍPIOS: o Plenário do Senado aprovou no dia 02/05/2020, o Programa Federativo de Enfrentamento ao novo Coronavírus (PLP nº 39/2020), que prestará auxílio financeiro de R$125 bilhões a estados e municípios para o combate à Pandemia. O valor inclui repasses diretos e suspensão de dívidas. O tema segue para a Câmara dos Deputados. PLP nº 39/2020.
MEDIDAS DE ENFRENTAMENTO AO COVID-19: o Plenário do Senado aprovou no dia 02/05/2020 os Projetos de Lei Complementar nºs 149/2019 e 39/2020, que determinam o congelamento de salários dos servidores públicos municipais, estaduais e federais e dos membros dos três Poderes até dezembro de 2021. A vedação ao crescimento da folha de pagamento da União e dos entes federados está entre as medidas de enfrentamento ao Covid-19 e estima economia de cerca de R$ 130 bilhões, até o final de 2021. PROVISIONAL MEASURE EXTENDS THE SUSPENSION OF TAX PAYMENTS: Provisional Measure 960/2020 was published today. It extends the deadlines for suspension of tax payments foreseen in documents granting special drawback regime that were extended for one year by the tax authority and that end in 2020. The deadlines may exceptionally be extended for one more year as from the date of their expiration. Provisional Measure No. 960 of 30 April 2020.
AID IS APPROVED FOR STATES AND MUNICIPALITIES: The Senate Plenary approved on 2 May 2020 the Federative Program to Combat the new Coronavirus (Complementary Law Bill 39/2020) which will provide a financial aid of BRL 125 billion to states and municipalities to combat the Pandemic. The amount includes direct transfers and debt suspension. The matter goes to the House of Representatives. Complementary Law Bill 39/2020.
COVID-19 COMBATING MEASURES: The Senate Plenary approved on 2 May 2020 the Complementary Law Bills 149/2019 and 39/2020 which determine the freezing of salaries of municipal, state and federal public servants and members of the three Powers until December 2021. The fence to the growth of the payroll of the Federal Government and federative entities is one of the measures to confront Covid-19 and estimates savings of approximately BRL 130 billion until the end of 2021.
